This notice contains the information required by article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and sets out the terms of use of the website nkfotografo.com.

The purpose of this website is to present the owner's professional photography services and to make it easy for prospective clients to get in touch. Access is free of charge and requires no registration.
Using this site makes you a user and implies acceptance of the terms set out in this notice. The owner may amend them at any time; amendments apply from the moment they are published.
3. Terms of use
You agree to make appropriate use of the site's content and not to use it for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights, to distribute harmful content or to attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access.
The owner accepts no liability for the use third parties may make of the published information, nor for damage arising from improper use of the site.

All photographs published on this site are the owner's work and are protected under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on Intellectual Property. All exploitation rights are reserved.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation or download of the images, text, design or code of this site is not permitted without the owner's prior written consent. This expressly includes their use on property portals, social media or commercial materials by anyone who has not commissioned and paid for the corresponding service.
Licences for photographs delivered to clients are governed by the terms agreed in the quote or contract for each commission, not by this notice.
Third-party trade marks, trade names and logos that may appear (CubiCasa, Idealista, Rightmove, Kyero, Booking, Airbnb and others) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification or descriptive purposes only.

This site contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. The owner neither controls nor is responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services; their use is governed by their own terms.

How personal data submitted through this site is handled is set out in the privacy and cookie policy.
7. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence where the user is a consumer, and to the courts of Málaga in all other cases.
